SCHEDULING

  • Look for the “Book Now” buttons on our website to take you to our booking page. Once on the booking page you will provide some information about your property and we will show you our available services for purchase. Pick what services you would like, choose your photographer, choose your date/time, and submit your booking! We will reach out if any further information is needed for the shoot.

  • Our photographers are available for next-day booking through the order form.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact your photographer as soon as possible so that we can help find a new time that works for you. To avoid a same-day cancellation fee, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling requests.

  • Weather doesn’t always mean that we need to reschedule. If getting the property listed quickly is your priority, we can often photograph the home in light rain and enhance the images with a blue sky during editing.

    If having a sunny day is more important, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment based on your photographer’s availability. We’ll work with you to determine the best option based on your priorities and the weather conditions.

  • Yes, weekend sessions are available based on availability. Since our standard availability is Monday through Friday, a $100 weekend scheduling fee applies to Saturday and Sunday bookings. Please reach out to Beth or Jim to check availability if a weekend appointment is needed.

  • Drone photography is limited in some areas per FAA regulations. In the case of a controlled airspace where we are not able to fly, a refund will be issued.

  • Our HDR Photography service is priced based on square footage. In our order form you will be asked to input your square footage and that will automatically adjust those prices accordingly.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SHOOT

  • You can view our Prep Checklist that is on the “Prep Checklist” page of our website. This handy guide should answer most of your questions, but please give us a call if anything specific comes to mind.

PHOTOS & DELIVERY

  • We have a 24-hour turnaround window from the time of your shoot to media delivery. If there are special circumstances that require an urgent delivery, we are happy to accommodate.

  • We carefully review every image before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you notice an issue that appears to be an editing error or something we may have missed, please let us know and we’ll be happy to review it.

    Our standard editing is designed to present the property naturally and accurately. Requests for changes that go beyond our standard editing may be subject to an additional fee.

  • Yes! We encourage you to promote your listing on all of your social media platforms. We also offer Video Walkthroughs and Media Kits that are tailored towards media content.
